Community Christian Choir sees record crowds for concerts
Record setting crowds enjoy "God's Love - Royalty In A Manger"
Standing room only concert goers enjoyed a wonderful presentation of the Fall 2013 concert series program "God's Love - Royalty in a Manger" at several locations in New Jersey. The members of the Community Christian Choir (85 children and 32 adults) raised over $9000,00 for local charities bringing the total money raised since the choir started to almost $195,000.00.
Charities benefiting this season include a mission fund established by the choir with Compassion International, Robbinsville Meals on Wheels, Interfaith Caregivers of Greater Mercer County, and One Life to Love, an orphanage for children with special needs in Delhi, India.
The program was presented at Robbinsville Seventh Day Adventist Church which had unbelievable record setting attendance for two concerts back to back. It has been noted that several people have asked for 3 concerts there to accommodate the following the choir has developed in the area. Two additional concerts were held - one at St. James Catholic Church in Pennington, NJ and the final concert of the season at Cornerstone Calvary Chapel in Howell, NJ. The concert was simulcast from Calvary Chapel and you can watch the entire concert at their website at www.cstonecc.org on their media page.
